Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Hey guys,

Hope everyone has had a wonderful Christmas! I've been having quite a hectic life since my last update.

Unfortunately, that means that I haven't been able to do any art at all (Typical me, huh? lol) but rest assure people, I am still working on them! Just at an alarmingly slow rate xD

So I've just finished rummaging through most of my messages and I once again must thank each and every one of you that have been visiting my gallery, faving my works and adding me to their deviant watch list. It's the sole reason why I keep coming back here. To not let you guys down

I'm doing my best to reply to most comments and messages that people are leaving for me. I DO definitely read them but please don't feel left out if I haven't replied to your comment(s)/reply(s)/message(s). There's literally TOO many

It makes me a very happy person to know that so many people appreciate and enjoy what I have been doing (lack thereof anyways :S)

Besides all that though, work has been pushing me a lot to the point that I am quite exhausted... It's not even worth it anymore to be honest so I'm planning to resign from my job. Despite how much I love my job, I have put up with their lack of management and skill to look after their assets/employees for far too long. So it's time to fly the coop and away from it all. I didn't even get to have a proper holiday. I basically had to not show up to work and tell them that I wouldn't be coming in for the day... All they can do is to accept that because there's nothing they can do about it since they're not even doing their job properly, so why should I?

On the note of holidays, I was able to spend Christmas with my family for the first time in almost 3 years. They currently reside in Perth, Western Australia so it was very pleasant change of scenery. It was quite the tranquil retreat and I enjoyed my stay very much. Might plan for another visit in the near future, perhaps sooner than I might think.

As for my art, I plan on getting back into the swings of things (this time for sure, I PROMISE SRSLY lol) because what I plan to do for the new year is to study so that will give me time to open up commissions on the side while I study and all that jazz. I'll do a proper update next time on the details.

I've noticed a few people have started following me on instagram and twitter so thank you guys! I just started using instagram again haha so hopefully I'll be getting back into it again. Don't forget to give my facebook page a like and share if you haven't yet. I appreciate all the support you guys give me and in return will hopefully make me stay motivated!
